    An Everlasting Meal

    In the theme of the popular book, An Everlasting Meal, learn how to make fresh dishes starting from a base and creating many meals for use throughout the week. This is not about leftovers, this is about developing a set of source ingredients to make the most of your time and effort while creating delightful dishes. Lunch will be served and each student will receive a recipe packet with a minimum of 5 dishes. This is a hands-on class where all students have the opportunity to participate.

    Low Sugar Solutions

    Are you often seeking tasty entrees that provide a lot of flavor without high carbohydrates or sugar? Whether you are concerned about diabetes, pre-diabetes or are just generally interested in avoiding a sugar crash, knowing how to make dishes that do not boost your blood sugar is very useful. This class will cover entrees for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a particular focus on breakfast, an ordinary source of high sugar dishes. A meal will be served and each student will receive a course packet with a minimum of 5 recipes. This is a hands-on program where each student will have the opportunity to participate.

    Based on the popularity of our Being Vegan class, we are going to continue the conversation around this health supportive culinary approach. When you are exploring the possibilities of the Vegan diet you might wonder what you would eat to enjoy something sweet. Come to this class to learn about Vegan desserts – tasty treats without eggs or dairy.  Lunch will be served and each student will receive a recipe packet with a minimum of 5 dishes.
